Microchanneling, is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that creates invisible perforations in the outermost layer of dead skin, creating a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic perforations by producing new collagen and elastin. Through this process, research shows that

Microchanneling may enhance absorption of topical serums into the skin by over 300%. Serum are applied immediately after Micro-channeling to penetrate the skin and deliver high concentrations of growth factors that depending on the desired outcome, can improve the appearance of scar tissue and reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles.

Intradermal Treatment – Neuromodulators
Also known as Micro-Botox injection, the MesoGold 20 device can deliver small aliquots of botox below the skin surface. In this more dilute and superficial dose, Botulinum works differently, and the functions more specifically on the pilosebaceous units of the skin. The result is that the skin appears smoother, more homogeneous, with improved skin tone pore size.

How does it work?
MicroChanneling works by creating tiny perforations in the skin. This initiates a natural healing response from your skin, producing new collagen and elastin and new healthy skin!
Microchanneling can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.

How many treatments will I need?
For light anti-aging treatments, 1-2 treatments. For deeper wrinkles and scarring, 4-6 treatments may be required to achieve desired results. Treatments should be scheduled 2-4 weeks apart. Results will show 2-3 weeks after your treatment.

What will I look like after the treatment?
You may have very little reaction to a deep flush, like a sunburn. Pinpoint bleeding and swelling is normal. Reactions can be based on the area and what we are treating.

How long is the downtime?
Typically it takes 24-72 for all the redness and pinprick points to disappear. Absolutely nothing should be applied to the skin for 90 minutes after your treatment with the exception of the vial of leftover serum that will be given to you. The serum should be applied every 30 minutes, until gone.

Is Microchanneling the same as Microneedling?
First of all, “skin needling” is just a general term used to describe any minimally invasive aesthetic treatment that involves a device utilizing fine needles. Bothmicroneedling and microchanneling fall under this category. ... Microchanneling, on the other hand, is like the next generation of microneedling.
